After having its World Premiere at the Overlook Film Festival and screening at Cinepocalypse in Chicago, RLJE Films will deliver Satanic Panic (read our review), a horror-comedy directed by Chelsea Stardust, to limited theaters and VOD platforms on September 6, 2019.
Bloody Disgusting has delivered a handful of exclusive new photos that show Hayley Griffith as a pizza delivery girl who has to fight for her life — and her tips — when her last order of the night turns out to be bougie, high society Satanists in need of a virgin sacrifice. There are also some fantastic new shots of Rebecca Romijn as Danica, the leader of a cult. Arden Myrin appears as cultist Gypsy, Danica’s right-hand woman.
In the film…
“Sam’s first day as a pizza delivery driver is not going according to plan. At the end of a long day and not enough tips, her last delivery turns out to be for a group of Satanists looking for someone to sacrifice. Now in a fight for her life, Sam must fend off witches, evil spells and demonic creatures, all while trying to keep her body – and soul – intact.”
Grady Hendrix wrote the film with Ted Geoghegan (We Are Still Here).
Fangoria’s Dallas Sonnier produced with Cinestate’s Amanda Presmyk. Phil Nobile Jr. is on board to executive produce. Aperture Entertainment also produces.
