Scream Factory’s ‘My Bloody Valentine’ Blu-ray Will Include a New Transfer of the Unrated Cut!

The Blu-ray release of 1981 slasher My Bloody Valentine that includes all the deleted gore footage has been out of print for several years now, but Scream Factory will soon be correcting that with their upcoming Collector’s Edition Blu-ray release, detailed today.

Releasing on February 4th, 2020 in North America (Region A), the 2-Disc Collector’s Edition Blu-ray will include a new transfer of the theatrical and unrated cut of the film!

New extras and specs are in progress and will be announced on a later date.

The newly commissioned artwork (below) comes from artist Joel Robinson. This art will be front-facing and the reverse side of the wrap will feature the original theatrical artwork.

Pre-orders are now open on Scream Factory’s website for an exclusive deluxe release that also comes with two limited edition posters and a special second slipcover.
